In cases where the working environment is unsafe — for example:

— the responsibility falls on the property owner. Before starting work, we inspect the site and inform the client of any safety hazards that must be addressed.
The property owner is also expected to inform us of any known risks in advance and to clearly mark unsafe areas to prevent accidents.
